Phytic acid is an important organic phosphorus additive with strong chelating characteristic. It can chelate most metal ions that play catalytic role in the oxidation process. It can be used as Natural Antioxidants, preservatives, Nutrition Enhancement, water softening agent, fermentation accelerator and metal anti-rusting agent.
Phytic acid can be found in the shells of high fiber foods such as seeds, grains and nuts. At present, natural phytic acid mainly comes from corn, and a small amount comes from rice bran. Our phytic acid comes from corn and be supported by sufficient raw materials.
